Falsely described

I have ordered 2 sets of 12 miso soup bowls.
Didn’t deliver on time and delivered to wrong address. I chased for so many days , finally collected it from the address they delivered by myself.
It doesn’t look like the picture ! It looks green on the picture, but it was black and very basic bowls that I can buy from anywhere in cheaper price. Very disappointed.
Still haven’t sorted out this mess.
